save the .sva file, it should be a red icon now and it'll open up the jump browser automatically...it's kind of a round about situation if you ask me but whatever it works x.x

Gah well that's no good

So you:

Downloaded and installed the browser

Downloaded the .sva file from the site ( make sure to save it. Put it on the deskstop to save yourself some time) and it should've appaeared as a little red icon with "db-en" as the filename. Click on that and the movie player opens.

That's the way I did it...are you getting an error message or something? Or is it just an unknown filetype?

For me the browser opens and it hangs doing nothing. I wonder what might be a problem. Will try on the other computer in a whole.

It works for me. Although the lag time is pretty awful.

It works for me on the other computer and I have narrowed down the problem to display drivers for the graphics card.

The lag is awful though, and the player does not buffer ahead - it's impossible to wait for a while and then start watching Sad

The audio plays for me with no trouble, but I'm getting zilch for video; just a black screen. I've downloaded their browser, and even made sure my Adobe flash Player was up to date. Any suggestions?

Edit: It seems like the program isn't Firefox friendly. I opened it in IE on my other comp and it showed up fine.

I've no problem. Click on wait button for 5 minutes or so then play the video without awful hassle time.

ah-it works for me and the audio ( some wind noise) plays...
but when you want to read manga or watch video-it lags greatly and sometimes never loads.

Same with tokyopop, which is why i never visit the site anymore.

I have downloaded the jump browser. It seems to just be a simple interface for Flash, which makes sense. Unfortunately, the installer seems ot need more information than Windows really wants to give it. Some folders are protected and this thing seems to not know how to find the Flash player. I'll keep trying and let you all know if I find anything.

There is no wait button there though. If you click pause the video download stops immediately - it resumes only after unpausing the movie. So waiting does nothing.

I've also had problems (still unresolved) regarding the video not loading at all. It doesn't surprise me that people would rather download it illegally: it's a lot easier than watching like this.
