| ANN's previous mascot. We don't see her around much anymore, though sometimes if a page doesn't load (I think 404) then you'll see a blond elfish girl crying. That's her. |

| Man, those dimensions are RIDICULOUSLY small! 360x170? Plus the bottom corner gone? I drew a picture, but when I shrink it down to that size, I'm literally coloring pixel by pixel! |

Might I recommend coloring before shrinking the image down.  |

It's for anyone. However, prizes cannot be sent to addresses outside of USA/Canada. So if you intend to win, make sure you have a friend or relative in either of those countries. That way, ANN will have the prizes sent to your friend or relative, who hopefully will then forward it to you in Italy. ANN won't be paying for the forwarding (as far as I know), so yeah.
It's unfair, I know. But as much as they are the leading English site for Anime (I think), they are still North American based. I've learnt to deal with it. Hey, at least if you win you will get your banner posted regardless, which isn't a bad prize in itself. |

I don't think it's unfair, don't worry, but you should have pointed it out in the contest page (ANN isn't read only by United States citizens ).
Anyway I don't think I'll enter, unfortunately I don't have family members or close friends in the United States.
I could enter anyway, I know, but I've many things I plan to do these days and if I can proper enter this contest, then I'll better concentrate on other things. |
