the terro card are like any fortune telling devise, i personally dont believe in it because i dont believe in fortune telling.

as far as i know, they dont have fixed meaning rather their order which they come out and their relationship with the cards that are already out. and i know that if the same order of cards came out for two different fortune tellers, they'd say different tings
