well with lines such as "where are anime are set" and "we'll introduce three best well-known here" it's pretty obvious the the "English" isn't very grammatically correct either.

This site was available a couple weeks ago. I actually did use this site to visit Washinomiya for 1/1

Although there is nothing new about a local government trying to cash in tourist money, I'm surprised that Saitama is doing this as well. I heard Sendai is doing similar thing by accommodating animation production location scout. For anyone interested in visiting Anime sites outside of Tokyo, there is guide book called, "Pilgrimage to Sacred sites: Touring around 12 Anime/Manga titles (聖地巡礼 アニメ・マンガ12ヶ所めぐり).

Saitama. <3 That was my home when I lived in Japan.

Though the bad English makes me wanna move back there and ask them to hire me to do stuff like this. :p
