| Quite the opposite of what I expected. The "many places" number was not without its charms, and the same should apply to the homemade appearance of the animation. Still, one doubts this sort of approach to boosting tourism would be effective if exported elsewhere. |

I've been to Kobe and it's just like this video demonstrates: It offers hardly anything you couldn't get in any decent sized Japanese city.
The best thing in Kobe is Universal Studio's Japan  . |
