That's just Katja using her innocent voice. Pretty sure it's still Hirano.
Ah, so the Qwaser special is animating that chapter from the manga that they skipped. One could argue it was too risque to be edited down for the televised version, but the censors managed to work wonders for many other episodes during the run of the series. |
