The first two parts of The Heroic Legend of Arslan are actually anime films, rather than OVAs. Only the last four episodes of the series are OVAs. So Arslan I and Arslan II should have an article each.

Just for confirmation, I took a screen capture of the title cards. Both Arslan I and II have the Eirin (Japan's Motion Picture regulator thingie) logo and number on the bottom. Also, Wikipedia and the Japanese allcinema site list them as movies as well.
