Apparently it had to go away in order to join the 21st century.

Would be nice if they spread the HD on VOD options out a bit more. Suffering through no linear channel and limited VOD option, makes the lack of HD OnDemand annoying. Particularly given Comcast's love of HD (strike now before the marketing message changes.)

I figured it would just end up being a VOD offering like this. I know they are still pushing their 24 hour channel, but when one of the only large providers that offered it, drops it due to low ratings, I can't see much of a future for it.

They should really just keep focusing on VOD with deals like this.
