| I'm not much of a chick lit person (I've tried a few titles and only like the Devil Wears Prada and Everyone Worth Knowing by Lauren Weisberger), but I'm definitely interested in checking this one out. |

Do people actually buy these types of books? Though being a editor is hard and tedious work, is it even worth writing a book about?
I understand editor work isn't easy work, but you don't see books on janitors. |

Um, I think it's going to be in the style of The Devil Wears Prada. It's a fictional story about a woman's experience in Japan as a manga editor. It's supposed to be funny and romantic, so I don't think it's going to be tedious.  |

Too bad the UMD light novel's not been translated yet.
Seriously, though, I've been pretty disappointed by chick lit as a genre but I'll give this one a shot. If nothing else, my inner otaku will get a kick out of it. At least the heroine isn't going to London for once. |
