The ad breaks are supplied to us by Funimation for the most part, so please tell me which series you're having those issues with and I'll take a look, and if necessary, bug them.

Hmm, is it possible that the ad timecodes do not take into account the 2-second Funimation logo displayed at the beginning? |

I suppose it's possible, but all the episodes come with that grafted in -- I don't add anything to Funimation videos. So if they're not factoring that in, it's a systematic problem on their part. |

I'm sure the ad break problem happens with every episode I've watched here of Rideback and Birdy the Mighty Decode. I think those are the only things I've watched here recently that use ANN's video player, so I don't know if other titles are affected. However, I've also been watching Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood here (which is from Hulu using their video player), and that doesn't have this problem. |

| Interestingly, it happened to be Rideback and Birdy that I was watching on Youtube recently with the same issue. The FUNi logo is longer than 2s though isn't it? Hang on, the person who made it uploaded a copy to Youtube.. http://www.youtube.com/ |

Turning off the Norton firewall didn't fix it. I have the same problem with this episode. Tried it in 2 different browsers. Won't load, though the ads sometimes do. |

| to follow up on http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/ the video will load in 360p. Won't load in 480p. It's watchable, I guess... but you really notice a difference after watching in 480. I noticed I didn't get any ads or ad breaks at all when viewing in 360p. Is this because I bought the series package? I would think it should still serve me ads since it is supposed to be general access.  |

Hello again. First episode 4, now episode 12 of Our Home's Fox Deity will not load in 480p. Kind of frustrating for those of us who actually paid for the premium. Makes me go

| Our Home's Fox deity is not loading at all. not even in 360p now. I've tried with two browsers. It is acting like I didn't pay the premium, which I did.
I have been trying to load episodes 15 and up. no luck Is there a problem on my end? I'm logged in and everything, and I also was able to access episodes 15 through 18 a couple of days ago just fine. I don't know what it could be... also Justin, I tried to send you a private mail about this but my pms won't even go through. |

| Baccano episode 15 isn't starting. I clicked on the little circles and the ads worked, but the video won't start. The episodes before and the episode after seem to work. | ||||
