Japan's been co-producing a lot of stuff lately with various foreign companies as of late. I'm hoping that this does help the market in Japan, particularly with the children animation there, by them doing this.
Anyways, this sounds interesting. Given I've been interested in french animation, as well as co-productions, the concept sounds interesting. Only wish there was more information about this than what the article says. |

Companies hiring Japan to do their animation and co-productions isn't exactly new. If a company wants to pony up the money, that's their business.
I wasn't aware children's anime in Japan needed help. It seems to be doing just fine from what I've seen. |
