| Whoever it is. I'm sure KyoAni has some say in this however it serves nobody to screw around with the fans with all the viral campaigns. |

The fact of the matter is this: The Haruhi addicts will finally get their crack.
And YouTube will serve it in its snortable, smokable, crystalized form.
It's gonna be New Jack City all over the place. And it's gonna be really hard to stomp on those "Pookies" and tie bombs on them now. |

| It's on youtube right? But there aren't going to be subs right? So someone will probably sub it then someone else will put it on you tube and then since the company is now paying attention to you tube due to it being originally shown on you tube a C&D letter is going to be sent quickly. |

BUT! If someone uses that new "KadoTV" site they run and subs it using that, I think that'd be totally legal!
Someone call up a willing fansubber and get practicing with the applet, it's functional enough to get the job done. Sure, it won't stop people from fansubbing it, but if someone subs it with Kadokawa's own subbing site it'd be a completely legal way to watch it with subs. |

People will watch it regardless of whether it doesn't have subs or not. First of all, it's on Youtube. Second of all, there are people over here that have an understanding of the language. It's not a total blow over. |

I personally think that the community isn't quite so well-behaved as the OP might think, and that people will still check out some fansubs despite their abhorrence. |
