I don't usually fanboy over things, but :3
This really is an all-star cast. There's been a lot of newer seiyuu in cast, and all though there are a few still in the Troupe with Machi and Shizuku, the rest of them are so seasoned :3 I was already more than extremely excited, and assumed that the new arc would start then with the summer season, but this is going to make the month wait so unbearable D I mean seriously, pretty boy Mamoru Miyano playing pretty boy Chrollo. It's perfect! Romi Park has that uniqueness to her voice that will set Pakunoda apart like she should. Kappei Yamaguchi can be awkward and foreign sounding which is exactly how Feitan should sound with his broken speech. Akio Ohtsuki showed us how over the top he could with Blackbeard, and Uvogin certainly is an over the top character as well. Madhouse continues to deliver. Oh, ANN, think you could make the cast a list like usual? It's sorta hard to follow when it's just a string of names of names. |

Only one choice in there that I'm mildly puzzled by, but I'm genuinely excited otherwise--mostly by those character designs, which do look really pretty.

spoiler[And a group of them appear during Greed Island...] I have no doubt that Madhouse will get there. They've showed characters from that arc, albeit as silhouettes, during the Hunter Exam arc. It'll be too much of a tease if they don't actually animate it. |

Nice to see some of my favorite voice actors for the Phantom Trope.
Great to hear more from Mamoru Miyano, Kappei Yamaguchi, Romi Park, Noriko Hidaka, and Hidenobu Kiuchi. ^__^ I'm glad Miho Arakawa is in as well. (I liked her as Himari from Penguindrum) |

This is like a who's who of my favorite seiyuu. Wow what an excellent cast.
I put HXH on hold because I've been too busy to follow a long running series (besides One Piece) but I might have to watch just this arc at least. |

I"m a bit skeptical about Kenn as Phinx, who had a more mature voice in the 1999 series, but other than that, great picks.
