Just my two cents: While it's correct in this case, AllCinema is not exactly the most trustworthy site for furigana / romanization; in this case I'd suggest using DrillSpin and DMM (site is IP-restricted; link is from Google Cache). |

I really don't think that language is necessary. We as regular users don't see the same behind-the-scenes stuff the editors do, and there could be an unending multitude of work that prevents them from completing tasks such as mergers in a timely fashion. May I make the request to the editors that, in the future, a reply or edit is made to the mergers that have been completed? That way, both sides know what still needs to be done

Many are somewhat known aliases. Although I think we only merge aliases in cases where we don't think it'll jeopardize the person's jobs?
I don't mind merging these, despite how very rude the request was, if there isn't a conflict in doing so. |

And that's why I don't merge English VA unless there's a solid green light i.e. admitted or requested by the VA him/herself.

Takeshi Konuta and Kenji Konuta are the same person. According to Japanese Wikipedia, "Kenji" is the correct pronunciation of his given name.

Not sure what to do with this one:
person#5260 person#19993 While working on some staff updates for this manga#2300, I came across "Bill Flanagan" being credited for Editor-in-Chief. I'm not sure why this was done because he is credited as "William" on the copyright pages. The only other manga I could check on "Bill's" list was xxxHoLiC. He is credited as Bill in volume 2, but then he is credited as William from volumes 3 through 5 (I don't have any more volumes to check past that point). I'm not certain whether or not this is the same person since Alice 19th is a Viz title, whereas xxxHoLiC is Del Rey. |
