Sure seems like it, I hope the anime airing follows suit.
For some reason, I'm getting Kaze no Stigma vibes, the heroine is reminiscent due to the hair and temperament. Possibly some Highschool DxD mixed in too. The novels for DxD are two years old, so it's not unlikely. |

Watch again, from 00:18 to 00:19 you can clearly see nipples (where her clothing burned away). This PV is clearly nsfw. I guess it will be taken down like the "A Town Where You Live (Kimi no Iru Machi) OVA PV from last time. |

I take a strong guess here....but Funimation. them always licensing ecchi since it apparently sells good, they missed out on many opportunities to get better more quality anime. |

| Its always a good sign when they are willing to show actual nudity on the PV, since that means there will be plenty of it in the actual show. Too few shows these days air uncensored. |

yea kinda figure funi-service would be likely guess who pick this to dub.
yet who knows give besides most fanservice been texas dub unless if canada, new york, or california want to dub it i'm all good on it. |
