| I hope they won't be charging a lot for this, since there's so little actual content. I've seen these shorts, and they're fun, but not really worth the price of a normal anime DVD. |

I actually screamed in joy when I saw this article's header. (scared my ma a bit lawlz)
Now if FUNi can announce an acquisition of FMA 2 I can die happy (y'know, after watching it 40 times and buyin' the full thinpak set... naturally). |

Kinda disappointed about no second season info. Still this is excellent that they are releasing this as a seperate DVD instead of bundling it with a season set like they did with the Shana OVA. I'm hoping for late summer so I can watch it with the new series.

And across the land, there came the sounds of much rejoicing, as it was a day of celebration for many a FMA fangirl and boy.

| So...25 minutes of content? Doesn't seem worth it. |

Doesn't matter. It's new FMA material- people will buy it... Including me. Corporate sheep or diehard fan? You decide! |

| Even though it'll be very short, I'll still buy it. I love this series too much to pass it up. |

I have to agree with you, but I figure Funimation realizes this too, especially with their movements towards economical releases lately. They're not Bandai Visual.

| I started flailing when I saw this, even though I already knew that Funi had the license for it. |

I thought they'd save those for when they put the movie on Blu Ray.
I'll get it, but this better be cheap, or have extras coming out the wazoo. |

And the extras better not just be "dub commentary" and interviews with such "talents" as Vic Mignogna, Chris Patton, and Mike McFarland. I want to hear from Seiji Mizushima, Romi Paku, Michiru Oshima, and more of the Japanese staff and cast. |

| So what are they up to with dubbing Alphonse's voice? Didn't Aaron Dismuke (hopefully thats his name and I'm not thinking of a different VA) have a drastic voice change since the original FMA? I can't help but honestly be curious. |
