was the TV series a success in the States?
How about are they going to release the nanoho strkers and the first moive? |

No. The terrible dub didn't help. Funi's attitude towards releasing more of the series is terrible too. No more Nanoha R1 releases unless someone else picks it up.
I'll probably import the Blu-Ray like I did the first movie though. It did have mildly good English subs on it, after all. |

I got the Nanoha DVD, Nanoha A's DVD and Nanoha the Movie 1st Blu-Ray
And I would have gone for it a few times too....... |

It's unlikely FUNi would have picked it up in the first place, but if it weren't for them distributing it for Geneon it never would have been released at all. |

| You could go to the movie 3 times for a movie reel, or you could preorder two ticket and get four sweet Nendoroid Petit figures (Nanoha, Vita, Fate and Signum). I'm presonaly only going once and getting that Nanoha+Vita set. |

For me, the first movie was an excellent, if not slightly superior, adaption of the TV anime's story. The characters themselves stood out so well... and all of those tears and jaw-dropping animation moments...
I really hope the second movie gets the same treatment, as I absolutely loved the second season just as much as the first. |

I'm ready for this. I found the first movie to be most excellent. It did a much better job with explaining some things that the TV show did not explain well.
If it turns out good I will probably import the 2nd movie like I did with the first one. |
