it's Madhouse, so i'm willing to give it a chance. still, i do wonder if they might be stretching themselves a bit thin.

Don't you think we've gotten enough Romance of the Three Kingdoms entertainment in general? I guess the story is just too epic to not continue telling it over and over, even in odd variations, like them turning into lolis..

It's a classic, something compared to the Illiad, as it really does still tell about eastern culture, virtues, vices, what it means to be leader pretty much how the Illiad does so for the west. And it keeps the story/myth modern and relevant.

Out of pure curiosity, will this show be broadcasted in Japan only, or will it also be shown (with the necessary dubbing) in the country it depicts?

So first we hear about an all-girl sorta-harem moe-with-lolis spin on the Romance story, and now this? This actually seems more interesting, so I hope it gets a chance in R1. But why do I get the sneaking suspicion that the Three Kingdoms story is now officially more whored out in anime and video games than Oda Nobunaga?

Yeah, but this anime doesn't look like complete otaku crap, like Ikkitousen or Koihime Musou. I'm already interested in this.
