It is in the same time slot on Tokyo MX that Working'!! (Wagnaria 2) was, and is from the same publisher (Aniplex).

Working'!! (Wagnaria 2) was also announced as a simulcast a few days after the series had premiered, but wasn't scheduled to start until the following Saturday. Yet when it did, two episodes were posted, putting it back on schedule.

Dog Days may not be that good, but it at least focuses on what it's best at, cutesy. And best of all, it doesn't pretend that it's a great series or that it has great potential (which is usually a huge turn off in mediocre to average anime).

With that said, I hope they're planning to air both episodes today.

Looks like its a week behind, since Crunchyroll only has the first episode airing today.

You should have waited a bit. They posted both episodes 1 & 2 on Saturday.
