jpeg or gif. I suggest gif.
The current logo image is 42kb, and the other image is 11kb, so...
Anything under 60kb seems reasonable. |

| How many banners can one person submit? Is it just one per person or submit as many as you want? If it's the latter, can the banners be totally different from one another or just different variations of the same pic? |

You can submit as many as you want, btu I'd suggest that 1 good submission has a better chance of winning than several rushed submissions.

Yes, but only if you can tell me what PNG really stands for (hint: It's not Portable Network Graphics).

| Rather than a logo competition, couldnt it have been a mascot competition. This long blonde haired elf girl who seems very out of place on an anime news website really needs to be taken down, whatever her name is. I bet most of the people who come to ANN don't even know who the hell she is. Not a mascot just a blonde anime like character that sits at the top of the page. No association with ANN at all. |

On a lighter note, I am beat. I just spent eight hours tweaking the main graphic for my X-mas logo. Making more than one entry might be just too exhausting...  |
