| The frontal nudity got censored. Hopefully, theater goers won't be subjected to that. Otherwise, a nice trailer. |

I hate Steinbeck.
Anyway, what's up with the nudity? That seems rather weird, and I'm sure they won't have it (more like can't) have it uncensored in the theatrical release. |

looks interesting.... I'll have to check this one out. The main guy reminds me of Morita from Honey and Clover (for obvious reasons)
Is the title flipped in the New headline? I thought the show was "Eden of the East"?

So... wait. This is a TV series AND a movie at the same time? I'm confused. |

| You guys flubbed your title... It's Eden of the East not East of the Eden. |

The synopsis makes no bloody sense at all....
But the animation looks stellar. So I'll check it out. |

Hope that means Liam's less condescending to anime than he was to Jay-Z. |

My guess is that it's one of those series where you're not supposed to have a clue what's going on at the beginning. So... missiles fall on Tokyo, but nobody's hurt, so nobody cares, and then a Japanese student meets a crazy naked guy with a gun and a cell phone, and it's all connected somehow...? Works for me! I like puzzle series, just so long as I'm given all the pieces in the end. |

Very nice trailer. Umino's designs look great, and the production values are exquisite. Also, the music playing in the background on the site is very pretty piece; per usual when it comes to Kenji Kawai.
I'm highly anticipating this coming April. Lots of potentially great series are coming out, and Eden of the East is among them. Hopefully Kenji Kamiyama can remain consistent when it comes to high quality anime. |

It's not a sexual thing. The guy is just nude. That glaring censor has no place in a theater or on a video release. Prob can't get around it for the TV version. |

The guy is the terrorist. How else did he get that huge bill? He just lost his memory, is all. (My sister figured out he was the terrorist as soon as she read the synopsis)
Anyway, looks really good. |
