That's cool, but I'd prefer they license the remake with the Smap guy.

I thought they were done done after Beat Takeshi's.

I don't know whether to be outraged or pleased.

Is this any good? What are the odds of Zatoichi the Last being any good?

Have there been any others besides the original Shintaro Katsu films and the Beat Takeshi version?

One of them was remade as a terrible film called Blind Fury with Rutger Hauer. There was also a female knockoff called the Crimson Bat, but I've never seen any of those films.
