For Scalea ex calem exams i have 2 questions:

1. Is each "landmark" a different set of exams for keyblade apprentices to become keyblade masters?

2. Or these mysterious town markers similar to the sevii islands like that from early pokemon games from gamefreak post winning the league.

Specifically where once you completed a series of challenges, you earned the right to inhabited the sevil islands or whatever postgame uber bonuses.
