| omg Ultimate Muscle was serialized in a playboy magazine!? wasn't it a saturday morning cartoon!? I don't know why but I expected manga published in Playboy to be more ahh... Hentai. since its porn. eh, either way just one more reason japan's awesome! |

| Interestingly enough their manga series has had some pretty good series and moments. Especially with Kinnikuman the way it is, and how popular it has become. |

The Ultimate Muscle manga can get pretty graphic and the anime version was toned down for a younger audience. During matches, people get dismembered and blood squirts everywhere... the violence reminds me of Mortal Kombat, only much crazier. With characters based off of toilets, sneakers, and airplanes... it's hard to take the stuff seriously, which is the authors' intention, I'm sure.
And while there's no hardcore hentai in the manga, there are some scenes of topless female nudity from time to time along with numerous sexual-themed jokes. One in particular had the main character... use his erection like a hammer to win in a giant version of daruma otoshi.  |
