Good to see Angelic Layer again (underrated show).
Best Student Council? It has several good moments, but the ending almost killed it for me when they give the girls superpowers out of nowhere for no real reason. |

| The episode when Cyndi's mom comes to visit makes the show worth watching alone, though the dub didn't do a very good job on that one unfortunately. |

Actually I think PuChan actually makes the show that much funnier. That is pretty awesome that is show will be Anime Network. |

| Well, that's great of them to make these to series free to stream. Especially, considering that they are being streamed for free, LEGALLY, at other sites like Crunchyroll, already. |
