No, but we did. It's not very hard to confirm what's actually on TV *right now*.

I am only asking because a good friend of mine is really interested in this show. I don't want to say its just "another rumor". Just to clearify though, I meant no disrespect.

| So is this the start of a new series? It kind of sounds like they are making it OVA style(even though they have broadcast it on TV) just to put another DVD out on the the market. I hope it's another series but it doesn't quite give that impression yet. |

| I suppose that's possible, but I have to think the fact that a totally new episode is airing lends mucho cred to the rumour that there are 13 new eppies to go with the previous 13. But as always with this property, the proof will be in the pudding (a saying I don't really understand, btw). |

So from what I can gather, the episode aired without any OP whatsoever (translation: "yes, we have a shiny new OP, but we're not showing you yet, LULULULULUL"), but with a new ED.
...in other news, HOLY **** NEW HARUHI. |
