Does not compute.
Is there a single popular FPS made by a Japanese developer? I can't think of any. |

The magazine does not say that the game is Japanese. |

I guess not, but I can't see why any popular American FPS franchise would announce a game at the Tokyo Game Show and use anime art. Anime art is basically a death sentence to mainstream gaming success in America, and Tokyo Game Show is pretty much exclusively Japanese game announcements. |

"Collaboration" could just mean making some character's clothes or guns or whatever available in the game, not necessarily involving the anime-like aspects at all. And the promotion could be exclusive to Japan.
Although if it isn't, and this really is as big as they're touting it to be...that's potentially a damn good promotion. |

| Hm you're right, maybe I just read it wrong. I read it as that they were going to announce a new game in a popular series that he was doing work on, but maybe its just some DLC or something small. If it is like that, it seems like a lot of hype for something so minor though. |

If it by any chance lands on PS3, I'll nab it. No matter how much it is. Knifing and gunning down with Valmet sounds super fun *___*
If it's on PSP, I wont care as much, but will probably still get it.
If it's on 3DS, I'll just cry. |

I can only think of two series: COD and Battlefield.
If it's the latter, pretty cool, if it's the former I'm gonna be pissed. |
