| Movie 1.0 and not the other recut iterations that Japan has seen? Do they not have the license or are they prepping the American fans for the same multiple release thuggery that Japan subjects its submissive masses to? |

If I had the money and the time, I'd make the 5 hour drive to Toronto (as I think that's the closest theatre it's playing in to me).
But I guess I'll just have to wait for the DVD, as for usual.
Wish they'd give Columbus or Pittsburgh some love. |

| If any anime fan in Canada ever complains about anything from here on out, I shall point them to this list as a response from here until eternity. |

| Also, your dates appear to be wrong. The Canadian dates are September 30th, not August 30th. |

YES
I know I've whined about my hopes for a theatrical release here on ANN at least three times by now, so here I am to say...thank you, Funimation. Good work. |

| 70 theaters isn't bad but it should be more. I think something like 400-500 theatres is appropriate. |

Or at least spread them out more. 400-500 is probably generous, especially since Gibli films don't even get that. |
