Someone who went to AWA mentioned on twitter they said season 1 would be getting a blu ray release so I assume this will follow suit.
Well this is pretty good news I guess. This is definently the better half of the material Gainax is adapting so hopefully some people will give it a second chance

| I know a lot of peeps were down on Medaka Box, but I quite liked it. So no surprise that I'm pleased by this news. Sentai: lean, mean licensing machine! |

I wasn't a huge fan of the first season, but I enjoyed it overall, and was interested how the change in direction we got near the end was going to play out. So I'm happy to see more. Hopefully crunchyoll will get the simulcast again. They seem to have a good relationship with Sentai, so that's fairly likely I imagine. |

The manga will always be a million times better, but the anime is a nice bonus.
Can't wait for a 3rd Season if it ever happens. |
