| Cool news. That was an awfully under-appreciated show from what I could gather, and was really well done. Definitely one of the better titles of it's season. |

| Agreed. This is the third anime I know of where Mamoru Miyano and Maaya Sakamoto are love interests: Mamoru was Kirie and Maaya was Morute in World Destruction. Also, Mamoru was Ouran's Tamaki and obviously Light of Death Note whereas Maaya did Ouran's Haruhi and Death Note's Takeda (though she wasn't really his girl as Misa was the closest thing he had to a real girlfriend). Not sure if other people have noticed this. |

"Critically Acclaimed" might be overdoing it, as the series was fairly mediocre, but it's nice to see it get a US release at all.
I am kind of surprised they changed the title from "World Destruction", though. I thought that title was accurate with regards to the show and a lot more interesting-sounding than "Sands of Destruction". |
