| Neat. Interested in hearing further news regarding this. Jin-Roh is one of my favorite anime films and should transition to live-action well if done right. | |||

| Well, if they're licensing it out, that pretty much dashes any hopes that Oshii's previously announced intent to shoot a film in Poland is another Kerberos film. Maybe he's working on a sequel to Avalon? Kerberos Panzer Blitzkrieg is supposedly set partially in Poland, but that's going to be animated.
I wonder if the other Kerberos Saga films (The Red Spectacles, StrayDog) will ever get English releases? |

| Actually, edzieba, a DVD release of Oshii's live-action work was done in the States a few years ago, including Red Spectacles.
http://www.amazon.com/ Jin-Roh will work phenomeonally as a live-action film, and I think it could be a serious success. It didn't get nearly the attention it deserved from the anime community. |

I can't tell if by your statement you are implying that there are other Kereberos Saga movies(that I am unaware of), but conversely, Red Spectacles and Stray Dog were released years ago in a box set with Talking Head. Or are just referring to them being out of print? |

| Any idea if said interested party is a Japanese movie studio or a Hollywood movie studio?
I'm guessing Hollywood would be more interested in Killzone... but it'd be hilarious if two rival studios each got the rights to Killzone and Jin Roh and put them out at the same time. |
