If your buying Ghibli movies (specifically the Disney kind) hold off on buying My Neighbors the Yamadas, because if you buy six Disney movies you have enough points to get My Neighbors the Yamadas free with their rewards system.
Just thought I'd throw that out there. Not really sure if this is the right place or not for this. |

The buy one get one at half price sale on Funimation stuff is going until June 10, at Fry's.
It was part of the month long (all of May) deal for both Section 23 & Funimation, but somehow got extended a week. |

For what it's worth, I just got an email from DeepDiscount with a one-time-use coupon code for an additional 5% off on their 25% off sale still going on, the code is EXTRA5 and is good till 6/30.

Did you also get the "(Did we mention Anime?)" mail that reminds you, as if you didn't know, dat dere sale include the japanimation! ...and advertises this point with a picture of Charlize Theron in her Aeon Flux outfit? 
They make it so hard to want to shop with them. |

I got that one after logging in to check to see if my wish list items were included in the sale and then searching anime choices, maybe that's what triggered it.
My wish list is actually made up of a couple Akira Kurosawa films, a few Buster Keaton films and the Complete Metropolis (no anime actually)... because of that I get a lot of notices about classic films, foreign films, and Criterion collection sales. |

Would guess it's at least 2 weeks long, if not longer. As usual you have to buy 2 shows from the same company. |

I got an email about a Labor day weekend sale at the FUNimation store. They've got some specials as low as $15 (including The Sacred Blacksmith and season one of Strike Witches (DVD)) and about 5 pages worth of buy-one-get-one stuff.

The only store I could find on Funi's website is a RightStuf thing like Sentai uses that wouldn't even pull up Strike Witches, nor anything about a sale. Am I missing something?

whoa- careful!
I tried the buy one get one free but one u add them to your cart you must pay full MSRP to get one free! so if the item is on sale for 22$, you must pay the 29$ to get one free that is a bit underhanded |
