Somebody should cosplay as Setsuna F. Seiei and attempt to marry the Gundam.
And then somebody cosplaying as Amuro Ray calls the Gundam a slut. |

| Just in case the mere concept of a 1:1 articulate Gundam statue wasn't ridiculous enough. |

THAT would be a very interesting honneymoon.... Im assuming that all the 00 Gundams are girls because in my 00 figres, there is a hole for you to place the peg of the stand, as my Wing ones do not. |

That's neat but is it really the best business model? I'm inclined to think that people who both would get married in front of a giant gundam and will actually be able to find a wife are in short supply. |

| I find there to be a little flaw in this offering: I've always found Zeon uniforms to be smarter than their Earth Federation equivalents. It'd practically be required of the groom to wear the latter for a ceremony like this, but had a full-scale Zaku been the highlight instead, he'd be able to opt for the more stylish UC attire. |

| I was going to interject and say that people get married at Disneyland, too, but then I realized that it's kind of a big difference, since most Disney works are about achieving your dreams and living happily ever after, whereas Gundam is... not. Though "I'll love you forever, EVEN AFTER YOU PERISH IN A BLAZE OF GLORY DEEP IN THE VACUUM OF SPACE!!" is pretty romantic too... |

That's a constant theme in most Japanese art, beauty and sadness.
Now if they could have the reception there as well, it would be a perfect wedding, but then there would be some drunken tw@ who would climb up on it and fall off, ruining the whole thing. |

The thing I don't get is: Who in their right minds would be able to plan and act on a wedding in like, 2 months?
Would people go and like, cancel their wedding reception reservations someplace else and switch to this? Because otherwise, unless it's like "Honey, I know we've been dating for like 10 years, but now that we can get married in front of a gundam lets finally tie the knot!" people out there I'm not sure how one could do this practically.
Actually, wait... there's a fancy hotel right near the statue on odaiba with a wedding reception area... maybe it'd be in conjunction with that. |

And the groom should include my favorite line from CCA in his vows: "She was supposed to be my mother!" |
