I like his style for the female form. Strong and almost rubenesque. So many times you get anorexic and comically buxom. He brings his female subjects closer to the realm of the "real". At least in my layman opinion. I look forward to seeing more of his work.

I think it's his attention at maintaining that elusive waist-hip ratio of the female body, that somehow did the trick.

yeah especially since he considers himself an anime artist this is very different than the typical over drawn breasts and tiny waists. I like it! Its nice to see what looks more like a real girl in anime and comics sometimes.
