So this is the guy Hisoka killed to join the Gen'ei Ryodan? Nice to see this movie filling up some of the manga's previously unseen backstory.

Hmm...I thought this movie was going to be a recap of the Phantom Troupe arc from the series, but it would appear that's not entirely the case. Interesting. I guess that means it's something to look forward to! Very Happy

Not quite sure where this fits in.
I thought this was some sort of alternate version of Yorknew City events, instead it suggests it goes back to when Hisoka killed #4 to join the Troupe. Yet why would Gon and the whole gang know each other or have even met? I though those events took place before the series?

Maybe it's an alternate "what if" movie or a recap,
adding some new info. through flashbacks.
