i went to the gundam statue last night, unfortunately they stopped lighting it but there were still at least 60 people out at 8 trying to get a last shot. After seeing it I think it would have worked better if it was facing tokyo, still pretty neat.

This is awesome. Now if they did this with more giant robots like the Evangelion robots.
