| It seems like they are making an honest effort to keep this as close to the spirit of the original as they can. Of course, the road to hell is paved with good intentions. :Z

It may end up being better for mankind if this movie was to never surface. If it's such a great writing as they said. Maybe the writer should just come up with some original ideas and call it something altogether different, then say it was inspired by animes such as Cowboy Bebpop etc... |

| Why can't Fox just get Joss Whedon to do another Firefly movie? I know Nathan Fillion is working on Castle and Summer Glau's doing all sorts of things, but come on. I guarantee it'd be better than a live-action adaptation of Cowboy Bebop.
Actually, it would be just like a live-action adaptation of Cowboy Bebop, given how Firefly was to begin with... |

Well, I guess that's a good point. Part of me wants to say that however much it costs to make it good is however much it should, though. Not that "expensive" equals "good", but in this case, it couldn't hurt. At least we'll have something to look at. |
