When will someone take the hint and pick up this manga for the U.S.?

I never got into this manga, personally, but I know many people are fans. It's published by Shueisha, though, so chances are the only way this series will be released in NA is if VIZ picks it up. Which is possible, but they haven't even acquired Neuro yet, and seem to be focusing more on the glossier, light-hearted romances and long-running Shonen Jump series (or, at least that's what I've seen).
