| Here's a wacky idea: instead of making announcements about when an episode is going to be available before it's finished, why not wait until it is actually done before announcing its play date. I'm just putting it out there. |

| They have to announce release dates in advance or rabid fans will be saying "OMG OMG WHEN IZ IT COMING OUT I WANNA KNOW NOW". It also helps with marketing a bit. |

| Sure, but that doesn't change my point. Once the episode is done, announce it will play a week later. You don't even have to tell everybody it's done, but at least you won't be irritating fans by announcing multiple dates that you don't make. |

| "Editing" and "encoding" shouldn't take too long. I expect this delay to be no longer than a few days. So I am not crying... yet. |

I'd rather they take their time and get it right than release an unfinished product.
People have no right to complain either.
Any other company would just release these extra eps on DVD/BD only, but SHAFT are providing them for free, so just sit tight. |

Man, more bad news!!!
First I get angry about this week's Shelf Life, then THIS!!!
Bakemonogatari is one of the most unique takes on anime in the last few years, and personally, I found it more engaging than Natsu no Arashi...
I'm not complaining about the 1st ending, I'm complaining about how leinient they are about announcing it. Like what that guy said earlier: Announce it when it's done, and ready, not when you "think" it'll be ready...
Bakemonogatari is the anime of the year... (whoooo!!!) |

I completely agree with this. Guesstimating release dates based on a feeling/crystal ball/the alignment of the stars/etc does nothing good for the community... especially if it gets delayed more than once. |

| I say they're teasing us, poor fans, who can't do anything about the release date other than rant for a whole day. After so many disappointments with so many anime, this is nothing but a mere scratch. |

Sadly, most likely not. They have yet to bring over Tokyo Revelations from Tsubasa Chronicle and the second season of xxxholic. Tsubasa Chronicle and xxxholic didn't do to well here both manga and anime so far and thus it's probably low on the priority list. |
