Here in the Philippines, it's just a law written on plain paper. But in reality, no one cares about it.
I've seen it, young boys around ages 12-15 can easily buy pirated H-stuff in sidewalks. Now that's our Anti-piracy law in action here.
So expect less about the implementation of this ban on virtual child porno law because all these lawmakers are now busy with elections in May 2010.
