I presume so, at least for the film itself. As for all of the extras, it's unlikely unless they go far beyond the norm. None of the TV extras had subtitles, IIRC.

good new for people who like to import anime. Dollar vs Yen is at 7 month high. Back up to $1 = 82 yens now.
It was $1 = 75 yens just at the beginning of the year. Hope it can go back to $1 = 100+ yens soon.

I still missed the 2006 to 2007 years when everything in Japan looks so cheap because $1 = 120 yen.
