Sounds like someone let something slip. A marketing ploy or a genuine mistake? You be the judge!
Eh, good news to hear that the movie is coming sooner rather than later. This is supposed to be an original story not a compilation right? |

| I hope Kuroda and Mizushima took their time and dodged Bandai's edicts this time. The series was decent, but never lived up to its promise. I'm cautiously optimistic about the movie, though. |

Was the use of the word "version" intentional, or poor choice of wording? You be the judge! 
Anyway, I think it's poor wording in all likelihood; though I'd have no complaints about a full season 3, heh. |

Didn't really catch that originally. Guess this is more likely a compilation movie then. |

| I'm pretty sure it's an actual sequel. I could be remembering wrong, but the very end of the series strongly suggested that anyway, as well as the events in the story. They made it pretty clear that there's another stage left in the story...and it has something to do with Mars, maybe? |

From all the bits of information and the trailer we have the movie will be a sequel to the events in the series. And finally, a date of sorts! I have something to look forward to in the fall!  |
