It never bothered me that they didn't separate the BDs and DVDs since I can do it myself if need be, but it's cool that they're doing it themselves. It's almost like fan feedback affects their decisions, or something.

Still waiting for them to at least do BD-sized boxes if they're going to stick to combo though, but yeah it's nice that they're trying. I'm gonna assume I wasn't the only one that complained about Eden of the East Movies, but would an LE Paradise Lost really have killed them that much?

Well, just got the first Bakuman DVD set... And, like Squid Girl, the first DVD fell out and got badly scratched during transit. I've asked for a replacement, but this is just very frustrating...

Just got an email from Funimation saying they're gonna ship out a new slipcase for my King of Eden BD/DVD! Excellent customer service, as always. Very Happy

So Rightstuf has been extremely, extremely helpful and sent out a replacement disc for the one that was damaged (which, frankly, is better than an entire replacement item, since there's always the possibility the disc will become dislodged again). Great service, as always.

So I just got the first Fairy Tail set, and there seems to have been a problem with the pressing of the slip for the inside of the case. It's as if they inserted the slip into the case, but not all the way in, and then sealed the item in plastic so that the top of the slip is crumpled over under the plastic. Amazon is sending a replacement, but this still makes me a bit sad. Sad

Wow, that's pretty cool...they had me ship the entire Wagnaria box set back when my discs were bad and the one I got back was dented...really sucked, I guess it's just based on whoever you get in the customer service department.

For the curious, here are some packaging shots for Rosario + Vampire LE and Capu2.

So, I'm tempted by the Sakura Wars TV Complete on TSRI's sale, but it's Sentai, and I know that the original release was 6 discs. So, the big question: Anyone know if it's a stackpack? It's not too hard to find the individuals (and I have the first disc already), so I'll go for those over a stack pack.

@Dessa

That version is a 4-disc stackpack. The thinpack is only 3 dollars more at rightstuf. I don't think either of them have much for extras.

Was wondering if someone can help me find replacement 3-disc alpha style dvd cases. Like the same size as stackpacks or Bandai's older Anime Legends dvd cases (about the width of 2 standard dvd cases), but they need to be for 3 disc only. I really appreciate any help on this.

Just got my Eden replacement slipcover from Funimation. It was in worse shape than the last one. Unfortunately they won't send me another one, so I'm going to have to try to return it to Amazon. I hope I have enough time left. Sad

This is why they really should have done a chipboard box with Paradise Lost. My KoE slip cover is bad too, but I just literally didn't bother, the size difference being more of a peeve though.

Chipboard would have been fantastic...big enough to hold both the movies (Paul Champagne design please?). Both my KOE covers are terrible now, the one Funi sent actually being the worst of the two), but luckily Amazon is sending me a replacement. Hopefully third times the charm Rolling Eyes . If it's not, I'm gonna say screw it and just leave the slipcovers off both movies, for consistency Laughing .
