Japanese culture really makes me facepalm sometimes.

What a perfect introduction to Japanese animation, the masses will love it! I can see these becoming the number 1 selling toy for summer. Oh I just had a eureka moment! Panty kites!

I shall admit, I did not expect those craft to beat their wings during flight. The accountable mechanisms must be ingenious.
