Only the Eva app requires a subscription. I assume because it gives a current updated weather service through Rei. Only way to justify it though really is if they fully voice Rei for each report. |

| I detect sorrow on the face of Rei in the screenshot. Surely this is uncharacteristically expressive of her; certain franchise fans might be repelled somewhat by this display of emotion.
(I've yet to see the new films, so I know not whether this trend in her character is being upheld.) |

Apple rejects apps that contain swears, but passes one in which the whole purpose is to touch a half-naked 14-year-old all over. Also, the title iYoko just made me realize: according to Nmerichi Umennachi in the most recent ANNCast, the anime guys in Japan consider Hannah Montana to be America's version of moé. That means iCarly is probably considered doubly so. And iCarly actually has light sexual content (lengthy discussions about breasts, for example) and runs dubbed in Japan, so... Oh, dear. EDIT: This is my 100th post? I guess I should do something to celebrate. Besides buying an iPhone. I'm not getting one of those until I can be sure I can safely and legally jailbreak it. |

| Oddly enough Boota cannot hide where you'd expect him too. For lack of a better word the app is overall just boring. Unless there's something wrong with what I got it doesn't even have sound. I expected at least background music. Well I suppose I did get it using a gift voucher so can't complain too much... | ||||
