Level 5's one of the best developers out there. Granted I'm more of a fan of Danball Senki than Inazuma Eleven, but IE is a huge fujoshi franchise so if it stopped that'd be pretty bad. Hope they can work this out.

No.

Have you ever seen thier patents?

See how none of its descriptions are discrete or specific?

Its $11 million. Level 5 has $500 million in assets.

It won't hurt them at all if they were to lose.

Did L5 kill your dog and burn your house? Just wondering.

About the sue, it seems idiotic to me. But I am not lawyer, though.

Yeah, that's what's going to cause all hell to break loose.

Where are they getting 8 games from, though?

I'm counting 1 for IE 1, 2 for IE 2, another 2 for IE 3 and again for IE 4 (GO!) making for 7 games.

What should Sega care if Strikers exists? Not a damn bit in that game that uses touch screen.

I doubt this would indefinitely stop Inazuma 11 games from being licensed, all it would do is force Level 5 to allow SEGA to co-publish and co-license the games especially if Level 5 unintentionally did violate SEGA's patent design.

The "stop producing and selling Inazuma 11" is if Level 5 doesn't agree to either a tiny settlement and co-license deal or if they don't fight the suit which in turn would cost them a morsel of cash.

Here is me giving a f*** by showing off some gruesome deaths from resident evil 2.

I am going to invent something called a car and it will have a steering wheel. However I'm going to patent the round design on the wheel so only my car model brand/name can use them. It's the same damn b.s. that apple did with Samsung but in all reality I don't care anymore.

Oh yeah, like Level-5 would allow Sega to pull a Valkeria Chronicles on Inazuma Eleven.
