Which English version? Perhaps the top secret Ocean project, featuring such talents as Scott McNeil and... uh, whoever Ocean can scrape together now that it barely dubs anime anymore?

That was exactly what I was thinking. I guess the real question is, who did they manage to get back and who did they get new this time?
