Oh, I wondered why Robin Williams character told Rodney Copperbottom to "Give us those big anime eyes" in the beginning of the movie.

I just thought that was typical Robin Williams ad-libbing.

Just from the commercial I could tell it was Metropolis influenced.

Once again Hollywood has missed the boat when it comes to original ideas, this time by more the twenty years by my clock. I'll only see Robots! just for Robin Willams alone.

This week I had watched Metropolis twice, even before I had heard about how much the people from Robots! had admired it.

The director of Steamboy admitted that Steamboy had cost an outragous 22 Million. So I guess the Hollywood rip of steamboy will cost what? 155 million.

Hollywood put down your rip-off scripts of anime and just go back to making what you know best CRAP! Staring has-been Strippers and worn-out pretty-boy/girly men.

Don't mean to be anal but it's Robots and not Robots! Original or not, it was a thousand times better than Shark Tales, the studios last piece of crap.

Actually, Robots was made by the poeple who made Ice Age, which is not actually the folks who made Shark Tale. Shark Tale being Dreamworks and Robots being released by Twentieth Century Fox.

Metropolis was the most original movie ever. Fritz Lang never existed, and anyone who says so is a damn evil liar.

I do like Rintaro's Metropolis...but still
