They'll sell the omnibus to the people who were waiting for the omnibus, they'll sell the omnibus to the people who have the first two novels and are eagerly awaiting the helicopters (so I'm told at Okazu) ... of course they'll release it.

But just to make sure, I'm planning on getting the manga omnibus before Chrissie.

The Boogiepop Phantom anime is over 10 years old now. As the only major entry point into the series, it's ancient history. Without people discovering the anime, there isn't an audience for the novels here.
