Of cours eit would be better if they finished their older series before starting new ones, but this plot sounds interesting. ^^

But no, CLAMP loves to talk about wishing in their stories but (apparently) my Wish (which should have became an OVA) will never come true... Sad
Not to promote fansubs too much, but there is an OVA for Clover floating around the internet, as well as a short music video (I guess you could call it an OVA) for Wish.
